Freezing time
As a child, I had dreamed of owning my own camera. I would tell my parents constantly how I wanted to be a photographer and I needed a "digital camera" to do so. For three Christmases in a row, I received three different cameras. Using those (small, low quality) cameras, I captured anything from flowers in my grandparents garden to my friends being silly in gym class. I value each photo I take as though they are precious memories to cherish for years to come. Even the ugly goofy ones.
Now, as a wife and mother to a beautiful baby boy, I capture life. Simple, everyday, honest life. When I take photos, I want to mimic the feeling of remembering. I think back to times in my life with such fondness, but I rarely have the photos available to compare memory to reality. I want to change that for you and your family. I want to freeze time, capture the memories in the moment. Pure, candid, unadulterated.
